Amit Khaira
WA Coordinator
Amit worked as a secondary education teacher and chaplain for 13 years having completed studies in education and accounting. He has a Master of Theology and with over 20 years experience in ministry Amit also works with Churches of Christ in WA as their Youth and Young Adult Development Minister. He and his wife Skye have 4 energetic children.
Josh Bond
Catalyst Director
After completing studies in education and social science Josh worked as a health and physical education teacher in Perth, WA. He is the founder of Initiate Australia and has a Master of Arts in International Development from Eastern University. He and his journalist wife Felicity have two children - Isabella and Thomas.
Penny Martin
Dean of Leadership Formation
With over 20 years of experience in ministry (predominantly with youth), Penny is currently a member of faculty at Stirling Theological College teaching Ministry Studies and directing the Field Education program. She is passionate about the value of ministry in contemporary culture, is presently undertaking a Doctoral program in the United States, is married to Geoff and has one awesome little boy.
Angela Sawyer
Dean of Students
Ange Sawyer has 20 years experience in teaching biblical studies in secondary and tertiary educational and pastoral contexts. She is most passionate about seeing individuals and communities empowered to understand the Bible and be equipped in applying it to their lives. Ange recently completed her PhD and is married to Jay, with two extraordinary children.
Brian Macallam
Director of Online and Learning
Brian is currently lecturer in theology at Stirling Theological College, University of Divinity. He has been involved in ministry for 15 years in both South Africa and Australia. Brian completed his Doctorate in Theology at Stellenbosch University. He is married to Tigs and has two daughters.
